Choice of gentle traditional massage, soothing herbal foot soaks, gentle abdominal care, or protected deep sleep blocks. Add a rebozo closing ritual for $45.
✺ Warming Postpartum Meals
Warming teas and nourishing meals I prepare at home and bring to you, so our time together goes to your rest and care.
✺ Gentle Feeding & Newborn Support
Practical, non-clinical help with feeding routines, positioning, and general latch or bottle-feeding guidance, plus gentle baby baths, newborn soothing and overnight care.
✺ Sanctuary Relief & Partner Coaching Nursery organization, light tidying, and hands-on guidance so your partner feels supported. ✺ Grounded Reassurance Honest, non-clinical answers to your newborn, sleep and recovery questions throughout your visit, and a gentle nudge toward your care provider when something needs a closer look.

Immersive mother recovery, gentle massage, and continuous holding
Best if you want a full month of support, including overnights and the closing bath ritual.
✺Traditional Mother Recovery & Massage
Gentle full-body massage, warm belly care, and a traditional herbal closing bath ritual and Mexican rebozo closing ceremony, offered for warmth, comfort and deep rest, always with your consent. These are not medical treatments and don't replace your healthcare provider.
✺ Warming Postpartum Meals
Warming recovery meals I prepare at home and bring to you, plus herbal teas and soothing foot soaks. Traditional postpartum foods, chosen for warmth, nourishment and comfort.
✺ Integrated Mother & Baby Nurturing
Tender newborn care, gentle baby baths, cue reading, gentle feeding support, and peaceful overnight sleep preservation.
✺ Your Hours, Your Way Reserve your start date with a deposit. About a month before your due date, I’ll send your private booking link so you can choose the visits that suit your family, within a month of your first visit. I’ll keep you updated on how many hours you have left. ✺ Home Sanctuary Reset Light tidying, baby laundry, nursery setup, and practical guidance so your partner feels confident and grounded. ✺ Support between visits Call or text me between visits for questions and reassurance. I reply Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. MT; after-hours messages get a reply from 9 a.m. the next business day. Not an emergency service. Plus referrals to Calgary specialists.
