Arrival & Gentle Connection - Soft breathwork to invite calm - Emotional temperature check: space to be honest - Quiet setup Nourishment & Tending - Serve a warming, hearty meal and hydration - Option to sit and share, where warm hands, quiet rituals and comfort surround you Rhythmic Newborn Care - I gently care for baby while you reclaim your time Deeper Mom Ritual -Herbal body bath for you and your baby (if a bath tub is available) -Gentle belly rub, with rhythmic swaying of your back and head with a soft cotton cloth. Ending with a belly and full body wrap to close your bones and help you feel connected with your body. Restorative Nap - Weighted blanket tucked around you, with your baby relaxed at your side (optional). - Gentle back rubs as you ease into rest - Weighted eye mask and white noise (optional) Downtime & Tidy - Light clean-up: baby items, pump sanitization - Final snack prep for later - Reset the space with intention and grace Mindful Closing - Soft conversation: check-in, support planning, honoring boundaries - Positive affirmation as I leave quietly
Cancellation Policy
Each session at The Gentle Nest is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and availability, the following policy applies: Booking A valid credit card is required to confirm your session. Payment is processed on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Any changes (cancellation or rescheduling) within 24 hours are subject to 50% cost of the service and < 2 hours or no show are subject to 100% of the cost of services. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session amount. Thank you for respecting the time and care I dedicate to each client.
