Arrival & Gentle Connection - Quiet setup of supplies - Gentle greeting & emotional check-in: “How are you feeling today?” Nourishment & Tending - Nourishing tea or smoothie - Invitation to sip and settle, no rush, just presence Rhythmic Newborn Care - I gently care for baby while you reclaim your time: nap, shower, scroll, journal, you choose. (This segment can stretch naturally as needed) Mom-Centered Ritual - Warming herbal foot soak to restore circulation - Warm compresses and a light back rub to ease tension - Tuck-in moment: tuck you and baby in bed as you comfort surrounds your body and spirit. Quiet Closing Touches - Gently tidying baby items - A peaceful check-in - I leave quietly, letting the calm remain
Cancellation Policy
Each session at The Gentle Nest is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and availability, the following policy applies: Booking A valid credit card is required to confirm your session. Payment is processed on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Any changes (cancellation or rescheduling) within 24 hours are subject to 50% cost of the service and < 2 hours or no show are subject to 100% of the cost of services. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session amount. Thank you for respecting the time and care I dedicate to each client.
