Arrival & Gentle Connection - Warm welcome - Soft setup of your space - Emotional check-in: “How are you truly feeling today?” Centering Ritual - Guided rhythmic breathing - Herbal foot soak to ground the body - Gentle compress where tension lives Nourishment & Tending - Nourishing meal is served with care - Option to sit and share, where warm hands, quiet rituals and comfort surround you Deeper Mom Ritual - Stretches and comfort touches, tuned to how you feel. - Gentle belly rub, with rhythmic swaying of your back and head with a soft cotton cloth. Ending with a belly and full body wrap to close your bones and help you feel connected with your body Rhythmic Newborn Care - I gently care for baby while you reclaim your time Thoughtful Environment Reset - Clean/sanitize baby items - Light nursery refresh or folded laundry - Room rebalanced for rest Mindful Closing - Positive affirmation as I leave quietly
Cancellation Policy
Each session at The Gentle Nest is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and availability, the following policy applies: Booking A valid credit card is required to confirm your session. Payment is processed on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Any changes (cancellation or rescheduling) within 24 hours are subject to 50% cost of the service and < 2 hours or no show are subject to 100% of the cost of services. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session amount. Thank you for respecting the time and care I dedicate to each client.
